We recognize that this requires that we not only consider our physiological and psychological needs as we age, but also that we recognize the importance of community and of developing our roles as elders.

Nicholas worked as a commercial banker in London, as manager of an environmental non-profit in Caracas and then as a CPA in San Francisco before creating a consulting practice where he facilitated the resolution of public policy disputes for local, state and federal governments.

Rachael has tenured experience building projects at the intersection of architecture, service design, and program management. Career highlights include Airbnb, where she established and led a team of interior designers and architects. There, she oversaw the design of +1.25M sq. ft. of workspace, Airbnb Plus home criteria, and a series of multifamily housing partnerships. Rachael also spent time in the cleantech startup world, including Otherlab, as a co-founder of Stow Energy.
Rachael received a B.Arch in Architecture from California College of the Arts.
